Daniel Hendricks
I'm a Senior Project Manager with Transpo, which I joined in 2023 after studying Civil Engineering at UCLA. My days involve meetings with staff and clients, managing budgets, and reviewing the transportation plans we're preparing, along with occasional public presentations. What brings me the most fulfillment is building relationships with coworkers and clients and working through problems together in Transpo's collaborative environment.

Skyler Oje
My name is Skyler Oje, and I'm a Transportation Intern at Transpo, currently studying Civil Engineering at WSU and graduating in winter 2026. I spend a lot of time in Civil3D developing engineering plans, preparing traffic control plans, and working on intersection design, and I enjoy learning new software and taking on a wide range of tasks. My favorite part of the job is the variety, since every project brings a new challenge and a chance to make a real impact on communities near me.

Aspen Dyea
Hi, my name is Aspen Dyea, and I'm a Transportation Planning Intern at Transpo, currently in my senior year of the Civil Engineering program at the University of Washington Tacoma. On an average day, I help edit transportation elements and safety action plans, and I enjoy developing Synchro models and working in Excel. My favorite part about working at Transpo is the community, since everyone here is welcoming and always willing to answer my questions.

Lily Hall
My name is Lily Hall, and I'm a Senior Transportation Analyst at Transpo, where I started as an intern in 2022 before joining full time in 2023 after graduating from the University of Portland with a degree in Civil Engineering. I work primarily in the developments and institutions group on traffic impact analyses, parking studies, trip generation studies, and intersection control evaluations. My favorite part of working at Transpo is the people, since our strong, family-focused team culture makes collaborating on projects something I look forward to every day.

Caitie Chew
My name is Caitie Chew, and I'm a Transportation Analyst Intern at Transpo Group, currently a junior studying Civil Engineering at Grand Canyon University. Day to day, I analyze how changes in traffic volume affect local intersections and help suggest safe, efficient design configurations, which makes it fascinating to see the math behind decision making. I love working at Transpo because of the people and the freedom to learn what I'm interested in, since coworkers at every level are happy to help you grow beyond your usual skillset.
