Transpo seeks to create a culture of “leadership in service to others” - not only in our workplace but also in the community at large. To this end, we offer the strengths and talents within our own firm to work for the greater good of the community.

Commitment to Community

We are very aware of the many transportation issues in our communities. We actively participate in public forums and apply our professional expertise to define and resolve transportation issues. Transpo provides in-kind funding through volunteerism to assist non-profit organizations in achieving their goals.

Personal and Professional Development

Transpo encourages staff participation in professional associations at every level of the organization. Transpo maintains a strong presence in the profession and industry through our active involvement in key industry organizations at both the local and national level. This involvement enriches the knowledge, perspective, and presence of us individually and collectively by engaging directly in the advancement of our profession on many important levels. Our ongoing involvement includes technical and service committee membership, presentation of technical papers, and service as an elected officers and board members.
