We invite your consideration of Transpo as the place for you to build your career. We are looking for a Senior Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Engineer with the following qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Active PE license for 5+ years, ability to register in WA
- Excellent project management and client relations skills
- Effective mentoring and team leadership skills
- 3-5+ years ITS project experience, with interest and experience in a consulting-oriented environment
- Proficient knowledge of the National ITS Architecture.
- Experience in the Northwest, providing services in the following areas:
- planning, designing, and implementing advanced traffic signal systems,
- traveler information systems, traffic data collection and communication systems.
The preferred candidate will also have solid professional expertise in advanced public transportation and traffic management centers.
